Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the IceTail website. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
IceTail operates an online store at gennyi-2s.myshopify.com selling dog cooling products. References to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to IceTail.
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our products are intended for use with domestic dogs under appropriate supervision.
3. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are representative and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
We make every effort to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete or current. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the displayed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all Australian states and territories. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including postal disruptions or customs processing.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering — we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you have under the ACL.
7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@icetail.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where required.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions and design — is the property of IceTail or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IceTail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
IceTail products are designed as supplementary cooling aids for dogs. They are not a substitute for veterinary care. Always monitor your dog during use and consult a veterinarian if your dog shows signs of heatstroke or distress.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
