What size cooling mat should I get?

XS — up to 2 kg / S — up to 2.5 kg / M — up to 7.5 kg / L — up to 15 kg / XL — up to 40 kg. When in doubt, size up — dogs love to stretch out on their mat.

Is it safe for dogs who chew?

The mat is made with a tough, bite-resistant outer layer and a non-toxic gel interior. All materials are pet-safe and vet-approved. That said, we recommend supervising your dog initially if they are a heavy chewer.

How do I clean the mat?

Wipe with a damp cloth for daily cleaning. For a deeper clean, hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

How does the CoolNeck Bandana work?

The bandana uses the same cooling-touch technology as the mat. Dampen it slightly for an enhanced cooling effect on walks and outdoor activities. It's also effective dry as a UV-protective layer.
