Fill the grooves with water, low-sodium broth, peanut butter, or small dog-safe treats. Lay flat in the freezer for at least 4 hours — overnight is best. Hand it to your dog and let them enjoy. The session typically lasts 30–90 minutes depending on outside temperature.
