Soak the bandana in cold water for 30 seconds, wring it out gently, and wrap it around your dog's neck. The evaporative cooling activates on contact and lasts up to 4 hours.

The CoolNeck comes in S, M, L, and XL. Measure your dog's neck circumference and refer to the size guide on the product page. When in doubt, size up for a more comfortable wrap.
We recommend using the CoolNeck only when you can monitor your dog, especially for the first few uses. It's designed for walks, outdoor time, and rest — not for overnight or crate use.
Machine wash on a gentle cold cycle, or hand wash with mild soap. Do not tumble dry — hang to air dry in a shaded spot. The cooling properties are not affected by washing.
